Fantastic team, vital mission, exciting projects, a lot of room to learn and grow in new verticals

Cons

Work/life balance can get tough at times, but the teams are very supportive and leadership really encourages taking PTO and finding a good work/life balance

Depends on team but good WLB I think. Learning about everything from Full Stack to On-call operations to investigating to deployments.

Cons

nothing comes to mind so far. remote makes it hard to connect with your coworkers.

Axon is convening a diverse coalition of individuals and entities with the drive and ability to help cut gun-related deaths between police and the public in half by 2033. This is a complex issue with many facets that requires commitment, change and solutions from all angles. We believe, if employees are at their best, then so are we. That's why we review our compensation bands annually and operate on a total compensation plan, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards.
