Pros

- The company lives and breaths its mission, truly empowering employees to have an impact on the future of emergency professionals globally. -Culture welcomes you, even when you are an unknown quantity, there is no need to "prove" yourself, you just have the trust to come in and do compelling work.

Cons

- Ambitious targets, but that's not always a con, it just means we have a lot of goals we want to accomplish in a short period of time which requires passion and conviction to get it done.

Pros

Co-workers care about your well being, and want to win together. Very strong company mission that makes it easy to buy into.

Cons

Long established company that is entering a massive growth spurt. With massive change comes some uncertainty. "Unlimited PTO" is never a good thing in my eyes.

Pros

1. Pretty office setup 2. Good at spending (wasting) money

Cons

1. Engineers were let go for no reason --- executive level stated engineers are easy to be replaced in Seattle 2. When facing risk of launching project, the management level did not focus on solving the issue. Rather they only concerned who gonna take the blame.... I personally was forced to point finger to innocent people and was told that I would be fired if I didn't. That was a horrible experience in my career life.. 3. Axon doesn't stand by what was promised, so be aware.
