      Pros

      Mission Driven company from top to bottom Work Life balance Provide positive atmosphere to build rapport internally through meetings and annual trips (grand canyon camping/rafting/hiking) Serving those that serve us Customer feedback focused

      Cons

      As with any company growing there are things that need fixed, however this turns into a Pros as mgmt looks for you to point it out and suggest how to fix it.

      Exciting place for a business-builder, especially in Sales

      Pros

      Visionary, friendly, smart, hardworking, problem-solving, fun-having people. Can-do attitude. Willingness to change. Mission-driven. Massive opportunities to take responsibilities, build business processes where they don't exist, fix broken parts, and make immediate contributions to the company's success. Impressive products that are making the world a better place. Investments in technology, tools, and ideas that make work more efficient and more fun. Financial success and a growing market. This is an aggressively expanding company, not one willing to rest on its laurels.

      Cons

      If you're not the kind of person who thrives on change, ambiguous structure, whitespace opportunity, and self-motivation, this probably isn't a place for you. There's order amidst the chaos but only just enough.

      Unique Culture - Amazing People

      Pros

      Axon has an awesome culture - everyone is hard working, passionate, and genuinely kind people. I have friends that work in a variety of roles (finance, consulting, sales) and it's hard to find a company that has the same balance (work and play) that we find at Axon.

      Cons

      I believe that the startup-esque, fast paced, bold decisions culture isn't for everyone. Some people can't deal with the ambiguity and I think it creates a little bit of a divide.
