      I have been working for TASER for about a year and noticed a few things: 5) Competitive benefit package (Awesome Holiday Parties) 4) Great job promotion opportunities 3) Coworkers have positive attitudes 2) TASER has a Continuous Improvement program which allows everyone in the company to have a voice, TASER recognizes that every employee is essential for success. 1) Most importantly, I have noticed that the CEO genuinely cares for his employees

      Cons

      An employee needs to be adaptable to change in order to be able to handle the fluctuating work load, as well as the occasional shifts in priorities due to customer needs.

      Pros

      Decent starting pay at the right positions. Sprinkled with smart, fun people. TASER weapons have substantially changed law enforcement for the better. Our customers are truly awesome. PTO is not tracked--great with those that still respect your time off.

      Cons

      Littered with politics and manipulation. Too many lifers without experience outside TASER making decisions off poor assumptions and ideas they hand-picked from random business books. If you are in the frat circle, you can do no wrong and move up quickly. 50% of glassdoor reviews are targeted employees requested to fill out reviews to help recruiting.

      cool product, flashy building, hard working, dedicated employees

      Cons

      Egocentric CEO, fires his own brother! Career is limited at this company as there is no real career paths. Most people are made VP's, to satisfy the promotion portion of the career path but the job basically remains the same. Many of us go through the day wondering when we'll be fired. Love this work environment. If you're not part of the fraternity, look out!
