Pros

I believe our compensation is fair. I do wish there was a better bonus structure. I am hoping it gets better.

Cons

The seem to accept military guys who dont know what they are doing. Not a good culture. Stay away from this place if you want something longer term. They seem to promote young military guys who dont have a lot of management experience. This is a huge turnoff.

Positive mission to change the world for the better, passionate people, Scottsdale is beautiful, great access to executive team, fast-moving company, open culture, hackathons, rotational development program, First Friday happy hours, holiday parties. The company has dramatically changed for the better over the past two years. It's ready to make a massive impact and change the world again. I'm looking forward to where the company goes next.
