Good money and great benefits

Cons

If you’re joining because you feel connected to their mission and want to make a difference in the world you will be very disappointed. Be ready compromise a lot under the egos of selfish leaders. The culture is heavily focused on ignoring problems and trying to look good to upper level leadership. This gets in the way living up to the mission.

Great Culture in general in terms of how people are treated. Great CEO Very talented people Competitive Pay

Cons

For a publicly traded company, they don't operate as cleanly as I'd have hoped, regarding communication and prioritization across major programs.
