      Great mission Fantastic Values Good pay Amazing culture best company I've ever worked for

      Cons

      A lot of changes since i was hired. For example I was hired as salary and had unlimited PTO then at the end of the year they switched me to hourly and 80 hours of PTO (80 is ridiculous)

      NONSTOP calls with only a few seconds in between. You are nothing more than a number.

      Some Great People, Among Not Great

      Pros

      Pay and benefits, there are many hard-working, trust worthy employees at Axon that were a pleasure to work with. The overall mission of the company is one to be proud to be part of. However...

      Cons

      Bro culture, favoritism within the executive and senior level management levels that supersedes any lower level manager's input on employee performance protecting the favored employees. It is very much a "who you know" culture. Questionable HR/reporting/investigating practices.
