      Lots of money, lots of compromises

      Good money and great benefits

      If you’re joining because you feel connected to their mission and want to make a difference in the world you will be very disappointed. Be ready compromise a lot under the egos of selfish leaders. The culture is heavily focused on ignoring problems and trying to look good to upper level leadership. This gets in the way living up to the mission.

      real unlimited pto, nobody really cares/checks not a bad first job out of school

      Cons

      you need to know the right people in the organization and network with executives and management to really climb anywhere in this company. lots of brown nosing. lots of disorganization not enough credit for the people on the ground doing the work ldp leader turnover, a bit of drama there
