Good pay, some ICs & leaders are Salt of the Earth

Cons

Overall poor leadership, executive leadership comes across as egotistical, a lot of stuff to learn, weird hero worship, just because leaders worked at Microsoft, Amazon, doesn’t mean they can recreate the success of those companies.

There is a lot to learn and you have to keep up to make sure that the ground doesn't shift out from underneath you
