      Good benefits but struggles with focus and managing burnout

      Pros

      Good benefits, good direct managers depending on the team, and good PTO policies.

      Cons

      Leadership is increasingly combative, and choosing not to measure burnout effectively, yet making it more pervasive with intensifying workloads due to AI usage. Forced return to office where it doesn’t make a lot of sense. Glorifying the sales team without focusing enough on foundational tech improvements. Growing too fast through acquisitions without clear plans for sharing standards between systems. Purchasing new services and products takes an enormous amount of work when all teams including those responsible for department budgets agree the purchase is necessary. Engineering teams feel forgotten in most company updates, and focus is almost entirely on the sales team, when half the company is engineering.

      All flash and no substance

      Pros

      Honestly, not many pros come to mind. The promoted mission is pretty far off from the reality of what is actually being done here.

      Cons

      Leadership genuinely has no idea how the product works or how it should work to be useful on the software side. The scariest part of everything, other than the complete lack of professionalism from the leadership team (d-level and above), is the blatant disregard for the product's shortcomings. I have no idea how they haven't gotten into more legal trouble yet. I have never worked around more miserable people. I don't mean that they are bad, just that everyone there is stressed and miserable, and it impacts communication in a big way. Hands down the worst company I've ever worked for.
