Decent pay, good benefits, fun culture, great team mates, unlimited PTO, good maternity leave

Cons

High demand, very high sales quota with compensation that doesn’t equate to the revenue you bring in, a lot of travel. Company seems to be making changes to limit sales reps income by giving extremely high goals. (My quota has almost doubled every year)
