      Overloads employees with too much work and expectations are way too high with minimal resources and people.

      Pros

      - High salary - Annual bonus - Generous stock plan - Fun "extras" [NBA tickets, golf tickets]

      Cons

      - Good ICs are not necessarily good people managers. Oftentimes people get promoted and then have to lead teams who aren't necessarily good at managing people, and that can cause heartburn. But overall it's a great place to work

      Pros

      There is a lot of ownership, trust, and access to leadership so you can get your job done and set and achieve goals effectively. You get the benefits, HR, pay, and tools of a Fortune 500 company, but things move at the speed of a startup along with the stock options as well.

      Cons

      It's a controversial brand to a lot of people who don't take a moment to understand that the mission is to actually save lives. It's not an easy elevator pitch like a lot of other brands, so you have to first explain "oh we make TASERs and body cameras..." and hope you get 15 seconds more to tell them about the technology behind it and the "why"
