Axon’s mission to protect life is meaningful, and the company genuinely believes in it. The engineering teams work on impactful, large-scale problems using modern tools and infrastructure. Compensation and benefits are strong, and many teammates are talented, mission-driven, and supportive.

Cons

At times, it can be difficult to find mentorship or clear direction, especially for engineers still building confidence or growing into larger roles. Workloads and ownership expectations can shift quickly, which can leave some contributors feeling sidelined or unsure where to focus.

- good snacks in the office - the reps are good people, fun to talk with

Cons

- it feels like a hamster running on a wheel perpetually. The reps are responsible for so much BS outside of the selling process that every rep is gassed after a year of the grind - constant 1 hour meetings that just waste your time - ONLY ABOUT 5-10 HIT QUOTA PER YEAR. Better hope you land Texas or CA
