Base pay is low and the commission structure is unfavorable and they don't have the business tools available to estimate your pay at the end of each quarter. Yes, you get paid once a quarter....

All commission based roles at Axon pay out commission on a quarterly basis, but you should also be receiving your base pay with normal payroll cycles, so you should still get a paycheck every two weeks.
