Boys Club

Pros

Free snacks and cool office environment

Cons

If you're not in the boys club (and I mean boys and not gentlemen), then you can suddenly find yourself without a job. Curiously, the people who are laid off or terminated are older while the younger people are moved around and given new titles. Why? They are part of the boys club! The upper management wants to "disrupt the industry" and force change upon institutions that have no desire or need for change. They just want their software and devices updated while maintaining all of their current capabilities.

Appreciate you having taken time to leave feedback. However, we are not a software company, and so think you have got us mixed up with another company of the same, or a similar name. We hope that you've gone on to find the right role and environment for you! All the best.

Pros

I had a great experience throughout my interview and offer process. I was so surprised how everyone is so committed to the mission. It's a casual work environment but everyone is soo friendly and helpful. It is nice that other employees really want to get to know you, which is important to me. I like how its not an environment where you are thrown into the deep end with nothing to help. The pace is fast, so maybe you are thrown into the raging river, but there is a ton of support for when you get tired. It feels like I am given the ability to fail but am protected just for trying. *Great snacks, great hardware, really nice offices and conference rooms.

Cons

It's an open work environment and some people are a little picky about hall conversations. I feel a little disconnected from the leadership team since they are at HQ in Arizona, but there are resources to bridge that gap. Also, while the company is growing it is still quite small so I am not sure how that limits career growth quite yet.

Pros

The people are fantastic. Everyone is so driven by the mission and passionate about their work, it is infectious. Leadership is open to new ideas and always looking for new ways to innovate and improve, not only the products but also the factors that impact our daily work. The office itself is awesome, stocked kitchens, fun environment and great views of Seattle. There are many ways to feel involved, product demos and showcasing new features to gain a better understanding of the work actually being done, to joining the affinity groups to attending company outings, they are always looking for new ways to engage with all employees. Company is geared for major growth which leads to so many new opportunities for current employees to learn new things and take on new challenges.

Cons

At this point I don't have any cons
