Exciting product with room for process improvement

Pros

Collaborative culture cross-functionally, and product is something people get excited about- meaning it actually moves the needle and helps people and businesses. Team is open to ideas and pivoting quickly to drive results which is great!

Cons

Given size of organization, opportunity to further refine/redefine processes and procedures to be more formal and standardized/accessible.

Pros

There are some really great people that work here. The offices are ok and decently appointed. The People & Culture team do good work with EDI and events to foster a culture. The products do make a big impact for the customers that use them well.

Cons

Obsession with new strategy has resulted in no strategy. Mass Layoffs and huge turnover in Executive Leadership has left the company adrift and undermanned. CEO change has done immense damage to trust and culture.

Pros

Axonify is an amazing company where I've been fortunate enough to kick-start my career. The people are outstanding and truly make the culture what it is. The technology is best of breed, and you can see the positive impact it has on the customers.

Cons

Smaller company, so career growth is mostly horizontal.
