Pros

CEO is wonderful. She is smart and will hopefully take this company somewhere.

Cons

Most of the leadership team lacks luster. They really have no idea what they are doing which is unfortunate because the company could really go somewhere. It seems as though many of them were promoted without any validity for promotion.
