Work from home, pay A lot of seasoned, experienced colleagues to learn from. Great account managers

Cons

Tons of favoritism. Zero work life balance. The environment encouraged being a shark to your fellow recruiters ex: watching a colleagues pipeline until providers fall out so you can take them. It caused providers to be confused and annoyed.
