Great product discounts and a wonderful industry to work in.

Cons

The management team is absolutely crap, there is no communication, no structure, no nothing. It’s is poorly ran especially the New Castle location. Management there is the absolute worst. If you don’t suck up and kiss butt you won’t get rewarded.
