You'll gain great experience, leave when you've stopped learning.

Shady company. If you leave the company with PTO accrued, they will not pay you out. 99% of their leadership is white males. Leadership has no accountability for their bad business and people management decisions. HR is racist and is discriminatory toward LGBTQ+. The facility is subpar when it comes to environmental controls and poor engineering & design, the plants will never be optimal because of this but leadership will still hold you accountable for bad plant quality. No work life balance in any department, accounting, cultivation, etc. HIGH turnover rate in many of the corporate departments. HR accidentally increased my pay and then started to garnish my wages because of their mistake. HR sends and receives private personal information like social security cards via unencrypted texts.
