*Finding a tech company that takes a firm stance on projects that have a positive impact is hard to find- this is a rare gem. *Colleagues are smart, curious, driven, and impact oriented *Flexible work schedule

Cons

*As a smaller company it can feel that there is limited upward mobility, but recently management has taken initiative to put more career ladders in place
