Management hides things They are constantly implementing more measures to micromanage the one portion of the business making them money We have had 3 rounds of layoffs in the last year Management here is the real issue, they not only lack communication skills but actively try to hide new changes or cancel our weekly huddles when there is unrest among the employees.

•Management consistently ignores legitimate operational concerns even when raised in writing •Employees who attempt to raise structural or legal issues are met with vague responses, delays, or silence •No accountability or willingness to engage meaningfully with feedback •HR responses focus on procedural optics rather than actual problem-solving •Promises of an “open door policy” are not upheld in practice •The Core Values the company trumpets are not actually anything management or leadership cares to reflect
