Business Outlook
Pros
Great work-life balance. Unlimited PTO for salaried employees (within reason). Management is flexible. HR invested in giving back to employees regularly and making changes as needed, just slow to have those changes occur. Able to move around departments fairly easily.
Cons
Lack of accountability. Selective favoritism that turns off well-qualified individuals. Weak management consistently, although sometimes wakes up. Brings in outside talent but does not develop or have a plan to make them successful
