Management is not stable and turnover is high. The constant in-and-out of the leadership team means that the direction we are led in changes often. Many of the processes in the company are inefficient. When they are reviewed (days-long focused meetings), change either doesn't come or takes a very long time to be implemented. Leadership has made certain decisions that hurt the people working for them and ultimately don't work.
