Pros
Intelligent, hard-working and reliable people in the company. Professional and respectful attitude and people doing their best work.
Cons
Has been known to do mass layoffs. Company is constantly doing restructuring and upper management doesn’t seem to implement changes well. Too quick to make knee jerk reactions instead of well planned out implementation. They need to hire experts in change management. Also need process experts. Many internal processes are inefficient and backward, or not well communicated.
