      Pros

      The work/life balance is good, and people are genuinely nice. The pay and benefits are good, and the management shows genuine care for their employees, many initiatives focused on development and improving overall satisfaction. Additionally, there are several new ERGs, and top management is highly supportive of diversity. Highly recommend!
