      An emblem of terrible management leading to talent running as far as they can

      Pros

      Health benefits were decent. They'll hire any fresh graduate so it's a good way to get some experience before going to a better more ethical company.

      Cons

      No training, unless management favors you. False promises of being able to move to your desired department. Preferential treatment given to East Asians and Caucasians. Flagrant violation of Covid policies. Emphasis on quantity over quality when processing samples for QC. No communications from management unless it's a complaint. Pay is low even for such a junior position.

      Pros

      I worked with Azenta through my former company, and am now employed full time by Azenta. Great place to work. Employees are collaborative and helpful. Competitive benefits and salary (in my opinion). Ability to work remotely (or hybrid).

      Cons

      Seems to be a lot of organizational changes, but I may have arrived in the middle of a re-structuring. Management is focused on improving operational efficiencies.
