Benefits are great. Ability to flex time and make my own schedule was a plus. The general attitude was laid back and everyone demonstrated a high level of respect for each other. I felt my compensation was satisfactory for my role.

Cons

Change is constant with no stabilization periods. Decisions from executive management seem to be knee-jerk reactions. The company did not meet sales goals every quarter I worked there. Direction for my department was never clear as it changed frequently. There was a high turnover rate of employees.
