      No opportunity for growth, extreme politics, untrained people, most people from upper management left. If I could give 0 stars I would!

      Honestly, I don't know if there are any.

      Cons

      After the split from Brooks, this company is just garbage. Mismanagement led to overwork which caused all the experienced people to leave. Anyone who is left is new trying to figure out antiquated processes and procedures.bso what did Azenta do? Did they hire more people? NO. They decided it would be a good idea to restructure and cut costs. I guess they gave up on hopes to actually grow revenue. So now there are a bunch of open positions. In addition, the very small bonus is fully tied to company financials which are bad and will remain bad so there won't be a bonus for the foreseeable future.

      Pros

      Good pay with good benefits. Good work/life balance for lab employees with the exception of Oligo Synthesis.

      Cons

      The Oligo Synthesis management team. Overly stressful work life. Unrealistic expectations. Focus for sustainable growth in the wrong areas. Too much focus on data collection and documentation.
