Azenta is very open to continuously improving, to new ideas, and to people who have the initiative to implement change. You interact with employees all over the world that you can learn from on a daily basis. The Accounting and Financial Reporting function is full of very experienced, down to earth, kind, and intelligent professionals truly dedicated to mentoring people who have genuine interest and ambition to grow. My experience with the recruiters was also very direct, prompt, and honest - no overpromises or dragging out the process.

Remote or hybrid schedules available in some departments. My coworkers and colleagues are supportive and helpful. My manager is amazing. She is supportive and available, but allows me freedom and autonomy to do my job as I see fit. Student Loan Paydown. Tuition reimbursement. Mental health benefit. Generous time off/Flex leave for some roles.
