      Shift times is good; management and workload is too much!

      There are strict shift hours and there is no working off the clock, which I like because I have time to actually have a life.

      Cons

      There are too many people getting hired and there is still a lot of workload. Management doesn't listen to anyone and there is rarely any growth within the company despite HR's insistence that there is.
