Blame culture Managers do not take any accountability Bullying Managers can do whatever they want and make bad choices, and junior employees are expected to clean up the mess Check staff retention levels - new applicants - be very very aware Nothing is worth this - pay truly bad for what the job is Culure - toxic and bullying No employee displays any enthusiam or works beyond their hours for the job Lots of 'dead wood' being tolerated Top level management do not talk or engage with junior employees Culture of fear Sweep things under the carpet - don't talk about any problems or gaps - everyone just pretends ' Azenta is one big happy family' - disfunctional!! No real clear process for anything On boarding - nothing available No feedback obtained from employees... Only managers and leadership counts Better off working in a toxic waste dump - it will b healthier No customer engagement - internal or external Don't waste your time... No career development or training

No progression or job security. 100% a boys club from senior management right to the top! Such a sad, quite, depressing culture now in the office. Don't think about anyone's mental state after multiple rounds of redundancies, where just left behind to carry the heavy load and get nothing to show for it. No communication between management and their staff, always walking around as if they are hiding something. I am looking for a new role and I know a lot of others are as well.
