-Company is growing rapidly, but outside of its means. Resources are low -Pay is Below Average -Very quick burnout. Finding yourself working all hours and it still does not feel like enough -Very little growth opportunities or rewards -Disorganized and antiquated processes -Sales driven environment gets pushed on you in even more scientific functions -Poor company culture. They show more value towards their revenue than to the employees who are driving the organization.
