There was plenty of steady work during most of my time there. They gave me some freedom to work independently and I could use my experience and the standards on the projects.
Cons
Very short notice when they ran out of work and started to lay-off people. Only one week of severance pay after nine years working there. Sometimes i was not given all info needed to complete task.
