      Pros

      Nice people around, guru's are ready to help, it's worry-free enviroment even if you are a green horn. Former employees will like to come back and play together! We share each achievement and celebrate together! Zing JVM is really cool, and we are supporting more and more industries!

      Pros

      Recently, Azul did something really nice to show appreciation to employees for Azul's 10th anniversary. I can't say what it was due to confidentiality restrictions, but suffice is to say it was a nice surprise and excited the whole company! Nice to see the Executives and the Board taking care of the employees!

      Cons

      It would be better if there were more engineers to be able to support customers and also work on the product roadmap. There is a lot of work for a pretty small engineering team.

      Really interesting and varied technology (virtual machines, JIT compilers, Linux kernel) Very nice and professional people Startup environment

      Like most startups, under-staffed Lots of time spent supporting customers instead of new development work
