I've waited a while since I've been here to give a review as I wasn't sure if my experience was consistent with others - or just my own. I've found my experience is NOT uncommon, everyone I've connected with is having a similar experiencing. Bottom line - this place is incredible. Very healthy and strong leadership, sticking to their vision. Hiring the best, treating their team very well and setting them up for success. Collaboration here works and is not just a theory. Investing resources in the areas needed, people are held accountable and yet the goals/objectives are reasonable. Azul has grown so fast in the last three years, but there is a HUGE respect for those here pre-explosion - what they built is why we all are getting the chance to ride this rocket ship. Very competitive comp, bonus, equity. Having fun!

I work directly with upper level management and C-suite, and I cannot stress how amazing our leadership team is. This is an environment where leadership empowers their employees and actually trusts them to execute the job. Our CEO and leadership also really care about their employees and value them, you don’t just feel like a cog in the wheel. People who work here are really passionate about what we do and really have the growth mindset we need as we scale. Hands down best environment I’ve ever worked at from a cultural, growth and career standpoint. Also compensation here is really competitive.
