      The Azul global team members are intelligent, passionate, and collaborative. Though we are experiencing rapid growth, the values of the company have stayed consistent. The company thrives on collaboration and broad participation. Most importantly, still very focused on customer success, and continually adding measurable value.

      Cons

      Azul is not yet a household name. Investments in marketing are aimed at changing this.
