Pros

Currently a tech here! Starting working at Azul a few months after leaving a horrible, toxic OD practice and its been a breath of fresh air. Incredibly helpful and kind OD/MD staff and upper staff doesnt micromanage and overall treats tech staff well.

Cons

It can be hard to reach out to HR/management outside of clinic but its a very busy practice so take that with a grain of salt.
