Coming from another larger IT consulting company and now working for Bart & Associates (a mid-sized company), I think the company offers the best of both worlds. Bart & Associates is a company that values innovation and new ways of doing business, yet they preserve some of the old ways of doing business that makes an employee feel valued and not just like another number in the company's headcount. The pay is also fair and competitive.
