- Coworkers are friendly - You will never be bored - Decent Benefits - Employee Owned

Cons

- Low Pay - Don't ever expect a decent raise no matter how hard you work - Over worked staff (will put 2 or 3 jobs on 1 person) - If you are salary you are required to work 45+ hours

They have a lot of benefits for employe to take advantage of but you will need to be a full time.

Cons

Has a lot of turnover because a lot of the jobs at the company are college/high students.
