Pros

As a part-timer and student, the schedule I had was a lot more flexible. The tasks you are meant to do are not extremely complicated; but staff may take a while to train you depending on when you first jump in.

Cons

From what I have heard from other co-workers, the biggest con is the manager, as well as practically zero discounts, although the latter is not too important. I have heard that basically anyone who's walked out or quit was due to managerial issues. I do not know the details however. As a part-timer, I had an amicable relationship with the manager and fellow associates.
