Nice office, and they do cover parking in downtown Portsmouth
Cons
Terrible pay, terrible covid protocols, they really just want butts and seats. For a software company it should be super easy to have a work from home option. Executives just care about increasing their salary and their revenue do not treat employees well. They will give you free lunch on Fridays as a treat. But most employees would rather just be paid better.
