Pros
The people that work at the company are great, hard-working individuals who are friendly, and welcoming. Management is transparent, and encouraging. Pay and benefits seem to be adequate compared to the market. Free lunch Fridays! Lunch at Surf once a month is paid for by the company, pizza or catering every other week. It might be the best office location in NH. The company is growing, but still feels young, that leaves a lot of opportunity to contribute in many different ways as an individual.
Cons
Some disorganization at times, but managerial transparency seems to address that as needed. No direct deposit, which is just odd, but not a big deal with mobile banking apps nowadays. Training is effective, but could be improved and more regimented.

Pros
Casual work environment and top notch location. Great niche software in a great industry
Cons
Little hope for vacation time increases, no direct deposit, company owner is the final decision maker in many cases and keeps his middle managers team on a short leash. Software development is slow process. They expect 60 hour work weeks.
