      Pleasant work environment, new and comfortable offices with employee parking, flexible hours and the possibility of teleworking, social benefits, friendly and attentive staff.

      Cons

      Lack of maturity in some resources, capabilities or experience and certifications, references, lack of knowledge in managing complex deals and some emerging technologies, and poor bid management, lack of compensation and recognition of individual contributions. Fast and large growing rate in the last 2 years has ended with a full throttle monkey mind and some lack of mid-term strategy and account growing and planning.
