Honest place, don't promise what they know they cant give you, always clear intentions and options. They take any chance to spoil you with gifts (not necessarily money, but things they do because they want not because they have to like several gifts on holidays, fatherhood and things like that)

Cons

not much of a career plan, they don't push you up the ladder, you have to do it on your own.
