Pros

-Buen ambiente.

Pros

- remote work - good colleagues - good projects

Cons

about everything : -very low salary -they just care about money from the clients and dont care about you as an employee at all -the benefits they tell you about at the beginning (health insurance, bonuses ...) are not directly accessible, i had to ask for it and remind them multiple times after i joined, which is exhausting, and doesn't feel right. - They have a poor internal management tools that are impossible to use taking hours of your time - very lazy HR team, whenever i need something it take days - HR team try to sabotage you sometimes (can't say the details), but if you're there make sure to check everything. - near 0 growth oppurtinities (your responsabilities will grow, but your salary and title will stay the same)

Pros

I gained experience on topics I never thought would have worked with

Cons

I don't even have 6 months here and I want to quit. My client (GCS Systems) is a project recently owned by a local national bank, due to this they're in a process of standardization and documentation. I initially liked that, as in my last job having everything well documented helped to get most of my tasks done with little to no confusion. The thing is that they have these as low priority and are focusing on adding things that don't bring anything new to the product, and they want everything done yesterday. They even fail to delegate tasks to the respective department; I have a specific task that is not working as expected only in a single environment (in every other one works perfectly fine) and they want me to find a more performant solution (which I could get done with proper time), but the thing is that the code performance is not the main issue, instead the problem lies in their database process; but they don't want to do anything about it. I have to spend extra hours several days to make things work in this job
