Pros

There are no pros here.

Cons

This place is full of toxic co-workers, liar, kiss ups and two-faced backstabbers. They are constantly understaffed and pile on work for little pay.

Haphazard micromanagement from A-Z.

Pros

Bonuses are scheduled to be issued quarterly.

Cons

While working for a single company for one's entire career has largely gone out of style, the dedication required to stay through thick and thin is admirable. This company at it's core has a fair number of"lifers" on the management team. This can be a good thing. Unfortunately, in this case it has made the core closed-minded and arrogant. If you are an experienced professional with specialized expertise in any component of the financial world, please do not let them waste your time and talents. They will always know more than the expert they hired. While bonuses are supposed to be quarterly, feedback and performance reviews are often late. While on the surface the grass may appear greener; watch out for the leaking septic tank beneath.
