Far to much nonsense, micromanagement., woke culture

Good rates of pay, share options, decent pension

Cons

Woke culture, sexism (towards men), micromovement, poor training, nepotism, jobs for the boys, back stabbing staff, draconian HR department, GMB trade union in the pocket of the company, no real help from them when you actually need them, they employ far to many ex forces personal who are basically numpties. This list is not exhaustive.
