Great company to work for

Pros

Flexible hours (good work life balance), plenty of progression options, training courses & certifications paid for/supported.

Cons

Salary increases are restricted to a max of 10% each time so if you start on a low wage it is hard to work your way up. The company benefits packages no longer seem to exist (discounts, vouchers etc)

The best thing about working for BAE is the potential job you are coming to during the interview process.

Cons

Non skilled managers and limited skilled technicians who have been in the position of non performance for too long no checks and balances on there work. If you are a well organized individual who value time and life then pass on the US side of this company.
