Good wages, potential for progress (depending on who you know and what part of the business you are in). Some good people.

Cons

Clicky, people berm there forever and have no idea what it’s like to work for any other company. Better if your not an experienced hire ‘as they don’t know much about you’ even if you apply and are offered a role independently. The blinded attitude of how BAE is brilliant when that’s all someone knows - no comprehension or experience of any other area of the business
