      Salary was good for me at least

      Cons

      1: Middle management could not / was too scared to take any decisions on their own. 2: Everybody is drowning in processes, pointless meetings and WBS codes. 3: No investment in new products. Still trying to sell / support systems based on 10+ year old technology. 4: Staff morale low and feels like a sinking ship.
